Is Nitrogen Better than Air in Car Tyres? 

Air is 78 percent nitrogen, just under 21 percent oxygen, and the rest is water vapor, CO2 and small concentrations of noble gases such as neon and argon. We can ignore the other gases. There are several compelling reasons to use pure nitrogen in tires:- 

1) Nitrogen is less likely to migrate through tire rubber than is oxygen,which means that your tire pressures will remain more stable over the long term.
Racers figured out pretty quickly that tires filled with nitrogen rather than air also exhibit less pressure change with temperature swings. That means more consistent inflation pressures during a race as the tires heat up. And when you're tweaking a race car's handling with half-psi changes, that's important. 

Carburetor




Carburetor:-

A carburetor or carburettor is a device
that blends air and fuel for an internal combustion engine. It is sometimes, but not always, shortened to "Carb" in North America and the United Kingdom. The carburetor works on Bernoulli's principle: the faster air moves, the lower its static pressure, and the higher its dynamic pressure. The throttle (accelerator) linkage does not directly
control the flow of liquid fuel. Instead, it actuates carburetor mechanisms which meter the flow of air being pulled

Internal Combustion Engine



Cooling: Why Cooling is required in Internal Combustion Engine?

In Automobile engineering, to get the work done from internal combustion engine, we have to burn air-fuel mixture inside the cylinder. When the combustion of air-fuel mixture takes place in the engine cylinder, a temperature as high as 2500 degree centigrade is reached. To withstand such a high temperature we have to use very high melting point material for construction of engine.
